$500.00 Non-Refundable ( refundable 75% if space is
resold;
50% refunded with cancellation received is over 120 days
of event
date.)
To secure the date and space. Deposit paid will be
deducted from final bill.
** Set Up Fee:
Parties over 75 people $175.00
Parties below 50 people $225.00
Parties below 30 people $275.00
** Rental only:
For renting the space with Chairs and Tables
only,
the charge is $1250.00, plus a deposit of $2,000.00.
The deposit will be refunded after the function and
the
entire rented space is undamaged and in clean
condition.
